If artificial intelligence is the future of admissions and enrollment management—and many say it is—teams and their institutions need to understand how, when and why AI works. Meeting this moment therefore means building data readiness and AI literacy in admissions and enrollment management.

Building on insights from Inside Higher Ed's recently-published deep dive report on this topic, this webcast will feature IHE's Colleen Flaherty in discussion with the report's author, Ben Upton, and a panel of experts.

The expert panel will explore the following:

  • How admissions and enrollment management teams are already deploying AI to assist their work
  • The potential near- and longer-term future of AI in enrollment management
  • Best and emerging practices for building data readiness and AI literacy among admissions and enrollment management personnel
