The question isn’t whether you need AI; it’s how to make it work for your institution. From hype to implementation, this session explores what works, what doesn’t and why. We’ll cut through the noise to show how AI can strengthen student success, streamline IT and digital operations, and enhance overall institutional effectiveness.
You’ll hear how Carnegie Mellon University has turned AI into a strategic advantage for staff efficiency, student experience and long-term impact, and learn how your campus can do the same.
