We’ll explore how institutions are using data from their site search to better understand student needs and respond effectively. 

Bridgewater State University regularly monitors their search analytics to identify trends and areas of concern. For instance, they discovered that students searching for resources were often directed to academic articles rather than the actual resources they were looking for. The Bridgewater State team used this information to refine search terms and ensure students were finding information they needed quickly. By prioritizing search terms that are core to a student’s health and success, BSU leveraged site search to help support the university brand and values. 

This webinar will demonstrate how universities can leverage search data to uncover what their audiences are looking for, enabling them to proactively adapt their digital strategies, address content gaps and create targeted solutions that enhance the overall digital experience. The session will also highlight how insights from search data can be applied to important topics like mental health, safety and inclusivity, helping universities better support their students and broader community.
