Joe has worked in higher education leadership for nearly 25 years and joined Ancora in June 2023. Having served in nearly all functional areas, from academic advising to residence life, to campus president and regional leadership, Joe brings a unique holistic view to his online operations role. Laser focused on delivering the best student experience possible while leveraging process improvement opportunities, under Joe’s leadership the online division has seen record breaking attrition rates, new student start rates and monthly revenue earnings. Joe earned a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and an M.S. in Educational Technology from DeVry University.

Lisa is senior vice president of client development at enrollmentFUEL, where she helps institutions drive enrollment through strategic partnerships. She has over two decades of experience in public, private and proprietary higher education across both four-year and two-year sectors. She has served as chief enrollment officer, chief retention officer and led national financial aid divisions. Lisa began her career at Mary Baldwin University, later serving as director of student finance at DeVry University and holding leadership roles at Northern Virginia Community College. A subject matter expert in enrollment and financial aid, she has led initiatives to grow enrollment, expand diversity and improve retention. Lisa holds a bachelor’s from Mary Baldwin University and a master’s from James Madison University. She lives in Punta Gorda, Florida, with her family and enjoys boating and scuba diving.

Sasha Peterson
CEO of 
Science Interactive Group

Sasha Peterson is CEO of Science Interactive and oversees all aspects of the business which serves over 600 campuses around the country focused on expanding access to STEM education primarily through online science education. He joined SI in 2022 from Liaison where he served in a senior executive capacity as well as CEO of TargetX. Under his leadership TargetX was transformed from an email marketing company serving higher education, to a complete student lifecycle solution and the biggest provider of enrollment solutions on the Salesforce platform. Prior to TargetX he held executive positions at a number of top ed tech companies and spent his entire career focused on student outcomes and admissions technology. Sasha is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
